Development of concrete measures as an outcome of a global people engagement survey via different hierarchy levels.
In a company division there was the ambition to work closely on the results of the global people survey. We facilitated different workshops on regional and hierarchical levels to become more specific on the survey results and to develop concrete measures for improvement. We facilitated common sessions to exchange results between different hierarchy levels and extracted results and concrete ideas for measures. We consulted on communication channels and the implementation of follow-ups.

Facilitation of peer counseling for leadership challenges
We facilitate recurring groups of managers / executives that meet in small groups to work on specific challenging situations in their leadership role. After a short explanation of the concept of peer counseling, which requires a specific proceeding, the group decides on the specific cases that are going to be discussed. They reflect on best practices, share experiences, brainstorm on possible solutions to their colleagues challenge - completely self-directed and in constant exchange with each other. As facilitators, we give the frame, facilitate discussion, recall the method and hold the space for the participants to come to their best conclusions.
