How to manage and facilitate effectively projects, changes and transformation journeys?

Target Audience

Anyone in their professional role, who needs to reconcile different interests and perspectives and wants to enable good collaboration and communication. This could be in projects, cross-departmental collaboration, developmental or change processes, product development, or sustainability topics.

Training Format

The training uses our effective and proven DXI - Debate-Xchange-Inspire foundation. At its core is practical work on your current challenge or situation and collaborative learning within the group. We complement this with methodical insights based on our long-standing experience in facilitating projects and processes. For you, this means the following benefits:

      • Expert insights and collaborative learning
      • Developing concrete solutions for your challenge
      • Build trustful and productive connections with other participants

Content

The following points outline the broad field of the three-day intensive engagement with your role and concrete action possibilities. It is very helpful if you bring one or two specific challenges or situations that you want to tackle in the coming weeks. It is also worthwhile to bring situations that you feel have gone well.

We lay the foundation with attitudes and methods from systemic organizational development, focusing on solution-oriented action.

      • How can I enable a shared clear orientation and achieve high commitment from all involved?
      • How can I, in my role, clearly and effectively initiate, moderate, and sustain cross-functional collaboration?
      • How does effective communication & collaboration work - and what can I contribute to it?
      • How do I moderate meetings and workshops, how do I lead working groups?
      • Which (facilitative) methods are suitable for which situations?
      • How can I use goal conflicts and differing interests for good joint results?

Number of Participants

A maximum of 12 participants to enable intensive exchange and shared learning.
