And it all begins this summer.
The world urgently needs new capabilities — to collaborate across boundaries, to integrate diverse perspectives, and to navigate complexity together. Whether it’s leading large-scale transformation, managing change, or having more meaningful feedback conversations: dialogue and collaboration are essential — and yet hard to master in the rush of everyday work.
That’s exactly where the School of Dialogue & Collaboration comes in.
It’s not an academic program or another leadership seminar. It’s a fresh and practical approach for those who want to shape the future of work — hands-on, participatory, and deeply human.
At its core is our method: Debate – Xchange – Inspire (DXI) — a structured yet flexible way to work and learn collaboratively. It combines critical thinking, mutual exchange, and collective inspiration. In our programs, participants explore real-world challenges, co-create new solutions, and build the capacity to act wisely and together.
We also offer Learning & Invention Spaces — curated environments for reflection, experimentation, and developing new practices. They are places to slow down, think deeply, try boldly, and invent what’s next — with others who care.
