The school offers different formats, all using collaboration as a approach and all increasing each one's competencies at dialogue and collaboration.

A key success element in tackling challenges we found is collaboration between different roles, teams, and organisations. One would think that this happens naturally. It does not.

Dialogue is the key to make collaboration happen easy and effectively. We design and facilitate specific setups that connect different people, teams, and organisations and make use of different perspectives and the power of peer reflection.
